Filofax Personal Raspberry Finchley decorated pages

 Hello Friends!
As some of you know, I've become a little obsessed with Filofax planners and have accumulated quite a few in the past couple months. I think I love them for a couple of different reasons...

For one, they are beautiful! If you love the look, feel and smell of leather, you know what I mean. I feel like leather becomes prettier as it ages...I love the scratches, dings in scuffs!

Another thing I love is that it offers me a way to be creative with an item that I use everyday. When I open my binder it makes me smile :)

Anyway, I've got the first  week of January decorated...just stickers and glitter tape, no skills required lol, but I like doing it and looking at it. Hope this inspires you to decorate your own planner. I'll save the calendar pages at the end of the year as a diary of sorts, a documentation of the year.

 So, here they are!

Like I said, I just used stickers and glitter tape. I added a little sliver of brown glitter tape to the butterfly above, as the body.....the flower on both pages is just 1 sticker cut in half, then I added the glitter centers (also cut from the glitter tape)

The little butterflies were punched from the Glitter tape with a Martha Stewart punch.
I bought a ton of the tape from Joann's when they had it half price...love a little bling!

Thanks for peeking! If you are into Filofax or planners, consider joining my Pretty Planners group on Facebook and visiting my Zibbet shop where I sell laminated die cut binder dividers :) Thanks!!

  1. I'm a newly converted planner addict. Using a prebound one this year and thinking of upgrading to a filofax next year. Just finished sewing a cover for mine with handles so can carry like a bag.

  2. I just bought my first Filofax. It's a discontinued size called Compact. Its much smaller than I thought it would be so I'm using it like a wallet planner. I take it with me wherever I go. I love your dividers but I'm thinking they would be too big for my tiny planner. What are the dimensions?
